We have updated how we interact with our Hand and Stone Spa Partners to best support our shared goals. We have identified 4 contact points dedicated to helping each spa throughout the duration of the program:
Enrollment & Spa Relationship Manager: marketing, lead, and interview coordination and relationship management
Spa Operations Manager: Scheduling hands-on classes, coordination between instructor, spa management and owners, spa readiness for hands-on instruction and/or practicum to begin
Online Mentor: student online progression, MBLEx registration, transcripts and certifications, individual student licensing support
Regional Director of Education: hands-on instructor onboarding and training and continued support (questions regarding grading, school policies, dispute resolution with students), and program/curriculum questions.
The personnel for each role are state-specific and you will receive a contact document like the one on the left.

McMurray, Pennsylvania and Winchester, Virginia have students starting the hands-on training curriculum. There are 5 (FIVE!) locations with pending starting dates for January 2022.
